3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, and credit/debit cards via SSL Commerz.

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
• Promotional prices and coupons apply only during the validity period.
• Payment must be completed before dispatch for online payment methods.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Bangladesh. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Haya Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or force majeure.

• Standard delivery: 3–5 business days within Dhaka.
• Outside Dhaka: 5–7 business days.
• Express delivery available for select areas.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Tags must be intact and attached.
• Sale items and customized products are non-returnable.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
