We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we make returns easy.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
- Item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- You must have your order number or receipt.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are exempt from returns:
- Items purchased on Clearance / Final Sale
- Intimate apparel and undergarments (for hygiene reasons)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Gift cards
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@hayafashion.com with your order number.
- Our team will review and confirm your return eligibility within 24 hours.
- Ship the item back to our address using a trackable shipping method.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method (bKash/Nagad/Bank Transfer).
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will not be included.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, contact us at info@hayafashion.com.
6. Wrong Item or Defective Product
If you receive a wrong or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return and replacement at no extra cost to you.
